Mis-Sold Goods or Services

  • What do we need from you in order to assist you in pursuing a claim?

Firstly, we will need a copy of the contract between you and the company that you were buying goods or services from, along with copies of any related paperwork.

Secondly, we will need evidence of proof of payment in the form of credit card payments, along with any related bank transfer, or copies of any credit agreement that the merchant provided to you, including a copy of the most recent annual statement (if there are still monies outstanding).

Finally, we will need a written statement from you indicating why you have been disappointed with the goods or services that you purchased and detailing why you feel the seller either made misrepresentations to you or has breached their contract with you.

Once we have the information that we need from you then we will write to the lender involved within a period of 5 working days (where you have signed and returned a Letter of Authority and Client Agreement), and will then allow the lender a maximum of 8 weeks to respond to us if they haven’t asked for more information. After this time, we will take further action as necessary on your behalf.
